Have you ever notice that, we set goals? We go to school and they predict what grade we should or could have! You start a project at work and you're estimating the results. We all do or have experienced all these things. However, many people, maybe you included, have never added yourself in the "who can I be in 10 years from today" mandate? Or you didn't even bother checking yourself to predict your future and write out how you would like it to pan out. Don't worry about it happening or how you will achieve it. That's not even your job. Let's be truth to ourselves, some issues don't need to be churchify. Its just common sense, communication and circulation of information between partners.
