Our thoughts are mostly controlled by our subconscious which is mostly formed before the age of 6 and you cannot change the subconscious just by thinking about the subconscious. To do this, you need to know what our subconscious is, how you can use its hidden powers and, above all, how to activate it for the benefit of yourself and your family.

Your mind is thinking, sort of

Your mind is your thinking mind (both conscious and unconscious) that is responsible for your beliefs, thoughts, and actions. You can think of your mind as a connection to the nervous system, or understand that the nervous system is part of the mind.


Meditation is an exercise that trains your mind or induces a state of consciousness. Yoga may be a physical practice, but it also has a profound effect on the mind and soul. At the same time, focus on the present moment to calm your mind.


Awareness is about removing distractions and following personal and organizational goals. It’s less about reaching your end goal than about exploring your experiences and expanding your knowledge of your inner world — the things that guide you, inspire you, hinder you, confuse you, and lead you into a dead end. Understanding mindfulness is not just about sitting in meditation; mindfulness is developing a clear mind.

Your mind is always working

Whether sitting at a desk or in the car, do a short mindfulness practice before work. If you're having trouble concentrating during the day and can't do anything you want because of constant distractions, practicing mindfulness at work may be a good idea for you. Mindfulness in action is a great alternative to the illusory practice of multitasking. Once you've completed your short mindfulness practice and are ready to get to work, mindfulness can help you be more productive.


Then, when you arrive at the office, spend 10 minutes at your desk or in your car to train your brain with a short mindfulness practice before diving into the activity. This way, when you sit down, your body will be informed that it is time to calm down and practice mindfulness. Eventually, you will notice that these instructions will become second nature to you, and your mind will be more easily calmed through the exercises. This activity will help every child to relax the body and mind.

Two things to strengthen your mind, body and spirit

Doing these two things together will save you time and help your brain generate ideas. Doing what we do so often - bathing, washing dishes, being present, paying attention - but being totally with it, including all your senses, rather than drifting into the future or the past, is easier said than done. A powerful way to strengthen our mind, body and spirit. A healthy daily life continues to function at its highest level on all three planes of existence: mind, body, and spirit. Opportunities to rest, relax and have fun will help keep your mind, body and spirit healthy.


Taking care of your mind, body, and soul can help you find balance and well-being in all areas of your life. In addition to calmness, I guarantee you will notice more clarity and energy in your life when you learn how to meditate. The more you practice mindfulness, the more you will begin to understand how your thoughts, feelings, or sensations affect each other, as well as your mood and how you react to the world.


In this way, awareness helps increase efficiency, reduce errors, and even increase creativity. Meditation is the best way to train our mind to be a more accurate, better and more functional data filter, making you a more aware and happy person in the process.
