I love Mondays So Stay Motivated

Ayo Ogunrekun

This is a Monday motivational blog post to start your week strong

I hate Mondays. They are tough and suck. But, I love Mondays. I know that it is the best day of the week because today is also a day of rest. I will get to do something productive and hang out with friends and family on a Monday.

Monday is a good day because you can start the week off in positive mode. I think it is easier to be positive when you are doing things that you enjoy, like writing or playing video games, than when you are doing boring things like cleaning or working at your job. In fact, your mind can be more focused and productive when you switch from one activity to another.

So today, don't fight it! You can stay positive even if your past week was stressful!

It doesn't matter how your past week has been but Monday is another day and a new week so you can stay motivated

You've heard it all before; "it doesn't matter how your week has been, Monday is another day and a new week so you can stay motivated."

You may have seen people type this phrase into Google or Facebook to find an inspirational quote. The reason why someone might type it into Google or Facebook is because they need something to keep them going.

The problem with this quote is that it's not a good motivational quote. It's a typical inspirational quote that doesn't help us but rather distracts us from the pursuit of real motivation. We need to move forward and forward…

There are two ways we can look at this situation: We can think about how we want things to be and imagine what our life will be like if we solve every problem in a certain way, or we can think about things as they are now and see how different things would be if those problems were solved differently.

I'm going to tell you now, I am not telling you to think about these things as if they were dreams or wishes of your future life. I am telling you that these things are just as important as the things that you want in your life right now (or at least until you accomplish something new). So stop thinking about these things like you're trying to solve some sort of puzzle for the first time. Stop trying to work around obstacles by finding ways around them until you succeed in some way toward your goal. You may still struggle with challenges whether they're obstacles on the path towards your goal or obstacles on the path away from it, but instead of focusing on those challenges, focus on where you are and what's going on right now.

Many people dread Mondays but for me, Mondays are the best...

... I get to start the week afresh and to think of how I will conquer that week.

The best day of the week is Monday. I strongly believe that if you have that viewpoint, it can only be a positive thing!

Monday is the best day of the week because it has nothing to do with work, school, or bills. It’s just a day to start off fresh and get things started.

The reason I like Mondays so much is because they are my time to get out of bed and get ready for work. I have no obligations (hopefully nothing hanging from last week), no deadlines; it’s my time to be creative.

A new week starts with a clean slate so there’s nothing holding me back from trying something new or doing something different that can make my life better or worse.
